Mornova Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mornova ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Mornova grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to any audio content you create within the App from your personal videos. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use any source material. Mornova does not claim ownership of your created sounds.

4. Privacy & Data Collection

We respect your privacy. Mornova stores your alarms, timers, and sounds locally on your device. The App may request access to your location (for weather), calendar, and reminders (for Morning Briefing). If you connect Spotify or Apple Music, authentication tokens are stored locally. 5. Notifications & Alarms

Mornova uses iOS notifications to deliver alarm alerts. The reliability of alarms depends on your device settings, battery status, and iOS notification permissions. We recommend keeping notifications enabled and the app updated for the best experience. Mornova is not responsible for missed alarms due to device settings or system limitations.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
