Your saved schedules, search history, and notification preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

Search Queries

When you search for stop-work orders, your search queries (employer names, county selections, or FEIN numbers) are sent directly to the Florida Division of Workers' Compensation portal. We do not store or log these queries on our servers.

Notification Data

If you enable push notifications, we store your notification preferences and schedule settings locally on your device to deliver timely alerts about new stop-work orders.

  • To execute automated schedules and deliver notifications

3. Data Storage & Security

All your data is stored locally on your device using iOS's secure storage mechanisms. SWO Monitor does not transmit your personal data to external servers. Your schedules, preferences, and cached results remain entirely on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties. The App retrieves stop-work order data from the Florida Division of Workers' Compensation Data Portal (dwcdataportal.fldfs.com). This is a public government data source, and your searches are subject to their terms of use.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data stored on your device
  • Delete all your data by deleting the app or clearing app data in Settings
  • Disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings
  • Delete individual schedules and cached search results within the app

6. Children's Privacy

SWO Monitor is a professional business tool not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for significant changes, by providing notice through the App.
